Delivery date changed for my Apple Watch order

I made an order for a watch and it was written that it would be delivered on Thursday, July 28, but now they write that it will arrive on August 1-3. why did the delivery date change? I don't like it because I need the watch as a birthday present until July 30th.

Could be for any of a number of reasons. What good is it to know the reason? It was good that you were advised of the changed delivery date.

You will need to ask Apple - we are all other users here and do not know why Apple changed the date.
