How do I pay for the upgrade for the whole year?
I’m paying my monthly fee for more iCloud storage. I was wondering if there’s any way that I can pay for the entire year instead.

No matter what you do, the fee will be applied monthly. You cannot make an annual lump sum payment as it is a monthly subscription. So the fee will be billed to your AppleID payment monthly, or deducted from your AppleID balance monthly.
