Trouble signing into Apple TV app on Samsung
I’ve successfully signed into the Apple TV app on Samsung TV but it continues to ask me to log in again after successful login. Any suggestions how to fix?

As your Apple TV app keeps constantly asking you to log in, you can try a few different troubleshooting steps as needed. Test after every step:
- Ensure you can successfully log into your account from the Apple ID web page here Manage Your Apple ID. If you can, ensure all of your Personal Information is complete to verify the account doesn't need anymore information.
- Update the app on your TV.
- Reset the app by following "Reset the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app" in Get the Apple TV app or Apple TV+ app on your smart TV, streaming device, or game console and try to log in again.
- Delete the app and reinstall it.
