Problems with SongPop Party not updating my score.

I have emailed the support many times but no answer at all. Hope anyone here can help. I have always had a problem that my score is added to the leaderboard, but it was fixed if I reinstalled it. That is no longer working. Nothing is working. Logging out from Game center on all devices and delete the app. Then log in and install it on only my iPhone. It's still the same. With new events it's like I have not played at all #0

What can I do?

That I get no response on from them is unbelievable. Non at all. 😡

Any ideas??

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15

Thank you. Yes I have tried to contact their support on several occasions, but no response. That's why I tried to get help here. But earlier today I finally got an answer from them , so I hope they can fix the problem soon.

they are not updating their leaderboard. I wrote them, got a response, and answered their questions. Still not working. I deleted and reinstalled but to no avail.
