How do I turn off Apple Watch notifications?
How do I turn off the notifications? I get vibrations and beeps every two hours and there’s no issue with my heart.

You can do it in the watch app on your iPhone (Or the watch in settings > Notifications, scroll down to view each app your being notified on and turn off each feature for it.
