Delete blocked numbers on IphoneSE

Yes! I realize I am not a tech wizard to understand all that stuff, so for the uninformed, it would help to be a little more explicit. By the way, I used the process which took me about an hour! I must have had 1000 or more blocked numbers from all the various scammers. Another issue for another time! Will start a new list but now I know what to do. Thank you.

Well, that's weird! Why doesn't the instructions explain you have to "unblock" which also deletes. Thank you for the prompt reply.
