I have received a text from 44 7543 451103 saying go to my-apple-wallet-id.com is this a scam?

100% Scam.

Apple will NEVER contact you in such a manner.

Phishing attempt received via text message. Received a text message stating: "We noticed that your Apple iCloud id was recently used at "APPLE STORE - CA" for $143.95, paid by Apple Pay Pre Authorization."
