Headphones disconnect when starting an audio.

Over the past few days, my headphones have had a very bothersome problem.

Whenever I play or start and audio they disconnect. Even if they don't disconnect, it doesn't play audio.


I've tried multiple solutions and have found nothing.


If there is another question that has been answered already i'd love that.

Hey there athenania,


To clarify, are you using a Bluetooth headset or a wired headset? If using a wired headset, we recommend testing to see if this happens with another pair.


If using Bluetooth, try the steps below to unpair the headphones and then pair them again to help establish a fresh connection:


Unpair from an iPhone:
1. Tap Settings > Bluetooth.
2. Find the device that you want to unpair and tap the Info button .
3. Tap Forget This Device.
4. Restart your iPhone.


Pair—or connect—your headphones again. Find instructions for your headphones and the device that you want to pair them with:
