MacBook Air not connecting to wifi. Says available, but no internet. any suggestions. I've reset/rebooted multiple times. Visited Genius Bar, no solution

Mac book air won’t connect to the Internet I’m having this problem where my macbook won’t connect to wifi at all, and any time I try to open my network preferences it immediately says there was an error in network preferences and I cant access network preferences at all to connect to wifi. Hi,

Change WiFi router could solve the issue, though I wonder if you did router resetting.

You may try following tips, though.
