Any information about how the printer is connected, the macOS version, type of drivers (if applicable), et cetera?
The Ricoh Aficio MP C3502 is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that it could be used with a macOS Mac without additional drivers, provided that the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). AirPrint works with wired (Ethernet) or wireless (Wi-Fi) network connections.

Its not supporting Air Print option , given error message.

A printer driver/PPD installer (Ver.3.8.0.0) for some macOS versions (including macOS 12 Monterey) can be found on Ricoh's support pages. However, I do not know whether this can be used with your printer, because PostScript appears to be optional, at least according to specifications in the following brochure.

Just guessing here, but if the printer cannot handle PostScript, an attempt to print from such a driver could possibly lead to an error message similar to the one that you mentioned.
If necessary, you may have to look for software/drivers for a generic PCL printer instead.
AirPrint should be supported for this printer, but it is possible that this function has to be enabled first, or that the firmware must be updated. AirPrint as such can be used with an Ethernet printer connection to one of the LAN ports of a Wi-Fi router, but the printer must be on the same subnet as the Mac.
