How to fix iOS 15.1 turns grey screen

On my iPhone 7 with iOS 15.1 the screen turned completely on a grey scale. I have checked in Settings if greyscale is activated but it is not, I did also a hard reset but nothing.

What has happened? How to restore the colors without installing any third-party software?

Fixed: there is another options which applies filter, it is Zoom filter under Settings/Accessibility/Zoom
