Can't open attachments in Mac Mail

Hello, I keep getting this error message when I try to open an attachment in Mac mail:

Can't open Application - -10673

In Mac Monterey

Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Is would appear the e-mail attachment is actually a URL Link to a Website.

The " error code 10673 " has usually been because the Default Browser being used by the User is not the Native Safari Application

Try as per image below and set default to Safari and then test.
