If I buy Apple Watch at America and I buy Applecare+. If have problems with Apple Watch I can use warranty at Thailand?

Apple watch care Hello, I have a question, If I will purchase apple care for my watch can I repair my watch in every region in the wolrd or that limit for the region that I'm paying for? for example my billing adress is US and im living in Israel so can I acctivate my insurance and repair my watch in Israel? No,the warranty is only good in the country that the watch was bought.
