Alarm going silent and/or losing volume

My alarm is suddenly not going off WITH SOUND. It will show on the screen, but not with volume. I have checked all the settings and tried restarting the phone.. As I test different alarm sounds, I find that the first second has good volume and then they decrease in volume. Has anyone discovered a fix to this? I have an iPhone 13.

@ChrisJ4203. Thank you. While I did have Facial ID off, I had Attention Aware on. That did help with the volume reducing. I still don't understand why the alarm volume became faintly audible irregardless of volume level, as Attention Aware wouldn't affect that. However, It does seem to be working now, so you input is appreciated!

It would seem that has to do with Attention Awareness. Go to Settings>Face ID & Passcode. Scroll down the screen and find Attention Aware Features. This will change the volume of the ringer, etc. once the TrueDepth camera sees you are looking at the screen. It notices you paying attention to the screen, so the volume reduces. If you turn that off, it will no longer do that.
