Mac Mini M1 body electric shock

My Mac Mini M1 feel the electric shock at the top edge of the body. After check using test pen, it show there is the leakage. Bring to service center, but issue not happen when they connect to their wall. Only happen when I'm connect to home and office wall power supply.

Hi ( and good morning) ustadremy… you’d have to talk to/consult an electrician.. Apparently it’s a 2 wire “figure -8” cable with 2 blades or pins on the electrical plug end that goes into your wall socket… maybe the cable is iffy or maybe it’s your wall/ office electrical outlet… i can’t say if either is true as i am not an electrician and i can’t fly to where you are to check if your Mac Mini MI’s power cable/ power cord is a bit iffy… a replacement power cable/cord is $20 US , ( Apple look and style) a bit more in Canada, or the approximate and rough equivalent in your local currency.. a standard IEC 320-C7 cable should do.. not as pretty or as nice looking as Apple’s cable but it should do… as long as you buy/have one of known good quality and construction
