Sharing Notes

I can't share notes as there is no option to share. My note is not locked. If I click "more" there is no option to share. If I swipe left (Iphone 11) nothing happens. Anyone have a fix?

Seems like there’s not enough data in your plan or possible security block do to the receiving end
