What can I do to update and download apps?

If you refer to -> Related Article -> If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes', you need to  contact Apple Support for help.


I can’t update nothing or update nothing

See -> If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one
