iPhone SE 3rd gen used internationally

Hi, if I buy an iPhone SE 3rd gen on the USA then i bring it to Canada (my home country) then i put a SIM card in it, can I still use it like an iPhone bought in Canada or will here be some issues with using and putting a SIM card on an USA iPhone?
