iPhone 13 Pro Max gone bonkers?

the fonts have gone large. How do I get the iPhone to operate as normal?

Is everything zoomed, or just the text. Go to Settings>Display & Brightness, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and you can adjust text size there. You can also check Settings>Accessibility>Display & Text Size>Larger Text
