I have forgot my notes password i need to unlock that
I need to unlock the notes i really need that i have forgot the password and the face id not available !!!
As the article linked above explains, once a Notes password is forgotten, you may create a new password to use with future notes, but the previously created notes will remain locked forever without that original password.
