Payment Method

I am being asked to update my payment information (I need to update it to a new credit card.) The site is requesting me to delete the old payment method..(and all the information.). the site (on my phone..) is NOT allowing me to delete the requested information. WHAT DO I DO?

Have you tried adding the new payment information first, then deleting the old payment method?
