Tracking changes on Word for iMac

I have a draft document that I marked up in Classic Blue. Now I want to keep those markups in blue, but make additional changes in a third font color, just as a new reviewer might do. Can I do this in Word (on my iMac)? I have tried saving and re-opening the document, as well as emailing the draft to myself, but it always tracks in blue. If I change the tracking color, it changes the historical changes to the new color as well as markups going forward.

Suggestions welcome. Thank you.

I would recommend posting your question on the Office for Mac forum hosted by Microsoft. This forum is a general forum for Mac users, some (but not many) users are proficient with MS Word, this means posting on a Microsoft forum increases your chances of getting your question answered.
