I`m using external non-apple keyboard. It is working fine in all the applications I`m using (including native Numbers/Notes and etc.) but not working in native Calculator application. Instead of adding the number it always automatically clears every time I type a number on my numeric pad.
Is there a fix for this?

Thanks much for the option - but as it states Safe mode is particularly useful when you're trying to resolve an issue that doesn't seem to be associated with using any particular app. In my case it is happening to specific App (so far noticed only Calculator).
Have just attempted your Exact Outlined steps above using an Apple Bluetooth Keyboard
Using that keyboard, I can not duplication your issue.

The pervious suggestion will not hurt but may be an indicator to some possible Third Party Software involved in this issue.
Safe Boot will eliminate Third Party Software from loading and only load the bare minimum Apple Software for the computer to function, be is not like in Normal Boot
Well, it works perfectly fine in Google Chrome and many other apps installed on the same machine...
If that was the issue of the keyboard, I believe, it would be working wrongly across all the apps...
It must be something peculiar to that keyboard. It's not a Mac keyboard. However, I have a Logitech Windows keyboard and the number pad works as expected.
Thanks for the explanation. That's certainly not normal. The first thing I would try is to boot into Safe Mode, then boot normally.
Sorry, can you explain what calculation you are trying to perform? The Calculator seems to work as intended in both Algebraic & RPN modes.
What it doesn't mention is booting into Safe Mode, then rebooting normally can clear up mysterious glitches such as you have. It certainly can't hurt to try.
Just tried in safe mode as well, and unfortunately the issue persists in safe mode as well.
And no, no software is installed for the same.
Which keyboard are you using? I have extended keyboards from Apple, Matias, Satechi and Logitech. None of them behave as yours is.
I don't have an answer for you. None of my keyboards from Apple, Matias, Satechi or Logitech do what yours is doing.
