2011 MacBook Pro won’t switch on but beeps 3 times every few seconds, blank screen. What is problem & how can I fix/start up?

As above, what is problem , how can I fix/start up ? It’s a 2011 MacBook Pro laptop 15 “

Three beeps, pause, repeat: RAM failure.
