- You can add users to the same app on that device, for use as account switching in that app on that device. Add additional Apple ID accounts to the Apple TV app - Apple Support
- You cannot add users in that app on a third party device to share your subscription(s) with (“Family Sharing”) for use on other devices. The organizer needs an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac), to set up Family Sharing; not through the Apple TV app but through Account Settings on one of those Apple devices.
