Audio balance keep changing automatically

Since I bought my first bluetooth headphones, I have experienced a weird issue where volume balance under macOS and Mac OS X, In rare cases have moved, when changing the volume too quickly. This has resulted in me previously having exchanged two earphones at Bang and Olufsen at their expense, because I was of the belief that there must be something wrong with the headphone. But when Apple launched their MacBook Pro with built-in touch bar in 2016, the problem became much much! more aggressive, as I here can change the volume much faster, which seems to worsen the problem.

1. The problem only occurs with audio devices that are connected through bluetooth

2. The faster you change the volume, the more out of balance the volume gets.

Because there are entire reddit threads about the problem, and still no one seems to have found a real solution. https://www.reddit.com/r/mac/comments/gauh9e/audio_balance_keep_changing_automatically/

Then I'am trying In here. So do anyone experience the same problem and if so, has you found a solution to the problem.

I am aware that there is an App in the App store, called Balance Lock, which is designed to solve the problem by correcting the balance when it moves too much out from center. But when I look in MIDI, I can see that unfortunately it does not completely manage to center the balance. It is therefore still necessary to adjust the balance manually in system settings. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/balance-lock/id1019371109?mt=12

I would verify your software is up to date....

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.5
