Can’t text some of my contacts
Upgraded from an XR to an iPhone 13, and now texts to some of my contacts are failing. Software is up to date. Please help!

If you have an iPhone and another iOS or iPadOS device, like an iPad, your iMessage settings might be set to receive and start messages from your Apple ID instead of your phone number.
