He has that, and it did not work. I have convinced him to get the premium version, but I am trying to fix the issue before he buys the premium.
I am trying to help my brother who lives in a different city. He has malware in his Safari application. We have talked to three different people at Apple support, and each one has offered up a different solution-but none of the three solutions has eliminated the malware. I just thought if he could uninstall and then reinstall, it would get rid of it.
