Iphone11 flashing apple logo and will not power on or update when plugged into my computer

I have an iphone11 this morning I woke up and the phone was flashing the apple logo, after some checking I connected it to our computer and tried to update. I got a message that the phone was unable to update and needed restored I tried to disconnect and reconnect to restore but when I select restore nothing is happening.
