This is my first iPhone after a lifetime of androids. I’m quite happy with it (13 pro max). My question: from the lock screen when I swipe up it opens whatever page I was on last. Is there a way to make it default to the widget search page?

Thank you. That’s information I knew. However it doesn’t answer my question. My question is if it possible to set Today View as the default view when unlocking the Lock Screen. That’s still unanswered.
hikejo ~ On a related note, iOS 16 (coming this fall) will have a "reimagined" Lock Screen which can include widgets:

As far as I know it is not possible.
Once you turn on the iPhone, you should swipe up.
