How to have vibrate only on alarm but not for other notifications?

I've seen a ton of related questions but not this exact situation, which surprises me.

I want to have my phone be entirely silent *and* not vibrate *except* for the alarm. In other words, I want my alarm to vibrate (and not play a ring tone), and I want only the alarm to do this.

Everything else I've seen suggests putting the phone on silent mode (which I have done) and turning on "vibrate on silent", but then it will still vibrate for other notifications like receiving calls or texts. The only way I can see around this so far is to manually go into each type of alert individually and set the vibrate sound to "none" on those things. But then during the time I'm awake I would have to individually re-enable vibrate on those functions, which is a pain in the butt.

So to be additionally clear, I want my phone to only vibrate. While I'm asleep I want it to only vibrate for the alarm, and when I'm awake I want it to vibrate for every normal notification.

Enable Alarm Sound to None (Scroll to the bottom for None)

And

Enable DND --> Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You will not get any notifications and yet your Alarm will vibrate with no Sound.
