If I move to a new country, how can I keep my previous subscription?

I have to change the Apple store region, but I still have my previous subscription ,these apps are also available in the stroe, I wonder if I can still keep the subscritpion before.

You need to cancel them, and where possible, resubscribe in the new country's store.
