I need to deauthorize devices. i do not have access to them or know what devices they are. Please help

I only have two devices listed as authorized and I can't access my books for school. When I try to download and authorize access on my mac it tells me I need to deauthorize one of the five devices. I do not know which are the other three.

Use the Deauthorize All option described in the Related Article above. If isn't available to you, contact the iTunes Store staff.
