Hi
I have my work emails on my Mac alongside my personal iCloud emails.
My accounts usually sync between iPhone, Mac and Surface Pro (for work) but there is a small handful that have been deleted from my account, that no longer show up on my phone or my Surface, but I'm unable to delete them from the Mac. Whenever I do, they simply reappear and I get the following error message. Any thoughts please?

Try rebuilding your mailbox using the steps here: Rebuild mailboxes in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
As explained in the article this may help with missing emails.
"You may need to rebuild a mailbox to update the list of messages it contains. For example, if messages appear to be missing or garbled, or if you can’t find all relevant messages when you search using the Entire Message search option."

We'd like to learn more to see how we can help. What type of emails are you trying to delete exactly? Are you trying to delete them from the built-in Mail app or another email app on your Mac?
Which macOS version is listed in the Apple menu () > About This Mac, in the Overview tab?
