If i don´t open calendar app for a few days it show the wrong date on my Mac (12.4), iPhone (15.5), iPad (15.5) - have the problem for a long time. Background refresh is on - removed widgets on all devices and activated again … still the same problem. Any solutions out there?

Do you experience the same issue after removing and re-adding the Calendar widget on the devices? If needed, this page can help with customizing them: Add and customize widgets in Notification Center on Mac
As the date for the Calendar widget is pulled from the app, try launching the Calendar app, click 'Today' in the upper-right, and see if it goes to today's date as normal.
Are all of the devices connected to the same network? If so, see if connecting a device to a different network (if possible) helps to see if it may be an issue with the connected network.
