Change of region

Hi! I lived in Russia 2 years ago. I am Living in Moldova now. I want to change my Region because of the war and all consequences it leads to.

But I have 2 issues:

1. I have 4 rubles left on my account.
2. I have 3 months apple music subscription.

Because of these 2 obstacles I can not change my region and pay for my iCloud space. And I am afraid that I will lose all my data on my iCloud.

Can you help me somehow?
