This is depended on which iPhone you have. iOS 13.7 (17H35) was the last version of iOS 13.

iOS 14 supported devices:

iPhone models compatible with iOS 14.7 - Apple Support (IN)

iOS 15 supported devices:

iPhone models compatible with iOS 15.5 - Apple Support (IN)
