My Apple TV remove has been working for 3 years all of the sudden volume is working but not the rest of the buttons any ideas ?

Can some suggest a fix for my Apple TV remote. Volume buttons working rear have stopped working all of the sudden 🙈

Apple TV remote only working when plugged in Came back from vacation and thought our remote needed charging as it was not responding. Noticed that it only works when plugged in to the charger - except the volume. Apple tv remote volume problem Hi everyone, I just bought apple tv 4k device today and i cant turn the volume down/up. When i click the volume button I can see the light on the box blinking. I tried resetting the remote control but it didn't fix anything. What should i do ?
