Can I exchange my new iPhone 13 Pro Max?

I just got a new iPhone 13 promax 2 days ago and I didn’t open or remove anything outside the box so can I do exchange for the color

Apple allows 14 days to return the phone for a refund or exchange. Now, if you did not buy from Apple, the store that you did buy from might have a different policy.
