Bug in whats app

Hi my 13 pro max has a problem when i just playing whats app audio or whats app call, i hear noise in ear speaker sometimes, there is not this problem in listening music or calling with sim card, my ios and whats app are update. What's the problem?

If it's only happening in WhatsApp, then contact them for help with their software.
