Why are some Arcade games not available for Apple TV?
For instance, Samorost 3+ is available as an Apple Arcade game on my iPhone but I cannot find it on my Apple TV’s (4k) Arcade app.

The App Stores on various devices have differences, when the app developer has created their app for certain devices, but not for other devices. They may choose to do so.
