Apple ID iTunes and App Store

so when I go to the apple store and try to download a app it says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes and I don't have to fix that

iPhone 11, iOS 15

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
