airpods

Hi, my one airpod stopped working and I've tried to disconnect and reconnect it to bluetooth many times but it still does not work. I have also tried to charge it multiple times, but only one airpod will work. Is there anything else I should do?

One AirPod is not connecting even after reset and charge left AirPod not connecting suddenly. Was working the day before. Reset AirPods and reconnect - shows both AirPods fully charged and connected. Then go to Bluetooth and check status and only right and case are shown. Have cleaned AirPods and case, tried MagSafe and lightning charging for 30 mins plus. any ideas?
