You wouldn't be able to "reset" that completely. The closest option to that would be to "hide" the purchase as outlined here: Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

Actually, my main goal was to return the link to "get" instead of the cloud "☁️ ," which was accomplished by hiding the purchase. Thanks!
