How to Synchronize "On My Mac" email folders between Macs

How can I synchronize the local "On My Mac" email folders, and sub folders, between two Macs.

Running Mac OS 12.4 on both, with M1 chips, both have the same email account setup, with IMAP, with the same email address ending in @mac.com?

I also currently use Sync folders Pro for synchronizing most other folders, but the "On My Mac" email folder has what appears to be database index files, which will probably break syncing that way.

iMac 24″, macOS 12.4

The easiest way would be to not move files into the On My Mac "account."

As you surmise, what you see in Mail is generated from a database that indexes the raw message files. Syncing folders in the background by some other program will not update that database.

You could sync the two On My Mac folders and then Rebuild the mailbox. That should update the database, but I'm not sure how well that would work.
