Error in Apple Music

Why am I receiving an error code (-16913) when I try to play One Republics “I ain’t worried”? I had been playing it but suddenly received this message after several days. Already restarted my phone and app.

Is the issue isolated to this specific song, or are you also experiencing the issue when playing other songs?

Have you had the chance to delete the affected song, then add it again?

Are you experiencing the issue when using cellular data, Wi-Fi, or both?

Are you streaming the song? IF yes, does it help if you download the song?


In the meantime, we recommend that you check for a software update.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues. 

Kindly secure a backup and update.
