please can anyone tell me if their anyway to open the app and download it, I’ve got my Apple ID, my number and email, I’ve just paid for my iPhone 7 Plus and it was supposed to be a upgrade from this iPhone 6s plus. Any way at all?? Calling apple? iCloud somehow? Anything?

It can't be activated "remotely."
