Charging light flashing between red and green on my Apple Watch
Why is my lightning ⚡️ flashing between red needs charging to green is it charging. And the charging status isn’t moving at all in the circle

This appears indicative of a charging issue. It may be that your charging cable isn't connected properly to your Apple Watch.
Another possibility is that the charging cable, or the Apple Watch itself is malfunctioning.
If you're unable to get it to charge properly with your current charger, we'd recommend trying another to see if it works properly. If it still has issues, you may need to have your Apple Watch serviced: watch Service Pricing - Apple Support
