My emails from apple are coming in french how can I change it to english?

Sign into appleid.apple.com and under Personal Information see what language is set.

Emails in French I started receiving my bills/emails from Apple in French a couple months ago and am unable to change it back to English. I have already confirmed that my language preferences are set to English and I’m still receiving them in French.

Change the language to another, save it, then change it back to English and save that.

That's the strange thing there it is set to English Canada but I get these french emails.
