AirPod Pro Case

My airpod pros case won’t charge, when I plug it in the light on the case turn amber but when it check the charge of the case on my phone it says it’s still at 5% and because of that my AirPods are charging much either. I’ve reset the case and the AirPods it multiple times, I cleaned out the charging port, I used multiple different charges but I still don’t know what to do?
